STL Solutions was specifically created to assist operators of short-stay accommodation, recognising that the introduction of the Short-Term Let Licensing Scheme has created significant legal, regulatory and operational challenges for owners and operators of self-catering and other short-stay accommodation.
Whilst our company might have been born in Ayrshire, our view is nationwide, providing bespoke planning, licensing and commercial advice to clients across many of Scotland’s local authority areas, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Highland, East Lothian, North and South Ayrshire, Fife, Aberdeen, and others.
Our consultants come from a variety of commercial, property, and legal backgrounds and deploy a wealth of knowledge and experience in support of clients.
