C5 Use Class and Article 4: Which English Councils Moved First - and What It Means
The C5 Use Class for short-term lets is now in force in England. Some councils have already moved to layer Article 4 Directions on top, removing the permitted development right the new class was designed to provide. This is a survey of which councils moved first and what other operators should expect.
